  • I'm so excited to start a lot of ideas which are new to me, and platters are one thing which I plan to make a regular practice.

This one features:
1/2 watermelon
1/2 cucumber
2 cups arugula
6 noor dates
4 black berries

The purpose of platters like these are to get more fresh and whole foods into your body, as they are absorbed differently than smoothies, juices, etc.

I will continue to build and grow my platter game, as well as my salad game, as time goes on, and finally break free of the three square meals a day to move into four.

  • Today's Smoothie Bowl:

First, blend:
1 cup <a href=/user/lovemysilk>@lovemysilk</a> unsweetened cashew milk
3 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups dark leafy greens
4 walnut halves
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp matcha

Stir into this mixture:

3 tbsp chia, pre-soaked
10 dates, pre-soaked
1 banana, chopped
1/4 cup oats
