I really enjoy showing people how to food prep.  I have been food prepping for years. .
It all started because we were eating fast food all the time.  We were always broke, and I constantly felt wore down.  I get really busy at work, and my lunch would become red bulls and whatever was in the vending machine.  By 2 PM, I was racked out, and needed more energy drinks to get through the rest of my day.  A lot of people rely on me at work, my family needs me at home.  I needed to change...FAST!

By food prepping, my total food bill is cut, saving hundreds a month.  My energy is high, and I am able to eat great, healthy food no matter how crazy work and home life gets.  Because of this, I am compelled to share it with you.

    @goetz_stephanie_k oh yeah, love hitting the store too. I just have no way to cook my food in my room or store a lot of cold items

    @thefoodpreplife I get it. But have you tried asking my for a second fridge? I have a wheat allergy and my daughter likes having milk and fruit around. I'm surprised how accommodating most hotels are. Worst case, they say no or you pay a small fee.

    I started eating it because I developed a wheat allergy and wanted more nutritious alternatives to rice. I keep eating it because I like the nutty flavor, it's versatile in recipes, and the protein helps keeps you full longer.
