Comments (11)Wendy Martin Cowan: Fantastic evening! We are still talking about it! I really wish I had some of those sliders now. :) This was the best way to kick off grilling season. I very much enjoyed meeting everyone. The location was perfect - love the creative renovated hotel. Chefs - you rock!

Imen McDonnell: Just had to tell you, my son Geoffrey (11) loves listening to your podcast ("he thinks you are funny and learns a lot") and this morning he came into my bedroom to say he was making bacon and eggs for brekky. Great, right? When I came downstairs he had used nearly half a bottle of olive oil (from Tuscany no less! ) to fry the eggs, saying he was using the Adam Rapoport Olive oil technique. They were essentially deep fried (yes still super tasty and crispy, if not overly olivey) I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. I graciously said thank you with a big smile and that I think Adam only uses a small bit of olive oil for his eggs. Super cute. Happy Saturday to you @rapo4
