Comments (3)Min Choi: I love kombucha and make my own too. I worry about sugar content for fermentation. As much as I love to take naturally occurred probiotics to my guts, and I'm not sure how to deal with sugar issue with keto considering amount is pretty high in number.

Min Choi: I@incorporate kimchi and sauerkraut in my diet in almost daily basis. Can't keep up with demand. Lol.
