Just a quick little lunch #2, spicy shrimp over zucchini noodles. I took a quick 20 min break from my @kristens_fit_life to make this super easy lean meal up. --------------------- What u do: in a thick skillet satire chopped yellow onion & garlic until soft. Add 1.5cans diced tomato. Cook on low for 10 min until thickens. Add a tbsp of oregano, salt & pepper, pinch or 2 of chili pepper flakes, then add lb of uncooked shrimp. Cook on low until shrimp are opaque (5min). I then saiteed zucchini in a separate skillet until slightly softened. Top w avocado
