Kept it simple today 😉 Snack boxes Mon&Wed: 2 boiled eggs, 2 kiwis, 10 baby carrots with almond butter Tues&Thurs: 6 slices of ham, 6 slices cheddar and whole wheat crackers, 2 tangerines and two tablespoons of pumpkin seeds Friday: same as Mon&Wed but instead of almond butter with hummus. Lunch: Mon: Turkey Burger with whole wheat flatbread, Avocado, tomato, and baked jicama fries Tues: Spinach and broccoli salad with dried cranberries, pecans, grape tomatoes, and grilled chicken breast. We don't have enough space for more than two lunches at a time since it's so many containers for the two of us, so I prep for wed/thurs/fri on Tuesday evening.
