Had to celebrate one last Monday of this delicious sushi before kickin off a new meal plan to join in on the summer shredding next week. ☄️What's New? Based on survey results the 3 minute 7 station 14 round framework will continue. There will be more of a focus on strength training, more ladder agility work, new ab and core resistance exercises including booty workouts, and new full body movements such as sledge hammers and tire snatches. I have upgraded to Soundcloud premium so no more square space commercials interrupting the flow of the workout, which will be bumpin from a new bluetooth speaker I also bought. ————————————————————————

🤑Payment? The cheapest and most affordable way to attend classes is to sign up by texting or messaging me for the rest of the semester unlimited classes pass for $150. Essentially, if you come to two classes a week, you'll be paying ~$8/class and if you come to three it's even cheaper around ~$5/class. I understand it is a long term commitment and may be difficult to pay the full amount up front so I am offering scheduled payment plans of either two payments of $75 or three payments of $50 on set dates determined by me and you. With these installment plans, it is expected the full amount still be paid overtime. I noticed I haven't taken any pictures or video of me from the gym in over a month because I've just been doing my thing, in & out strictly business... so here's another picture from my trip where it appears I am flexing but really I'm just holding my hood up because it was crazy windy. 🤙🏽 Now out there in the backcountry of the midwest, I had a lot of time with no cell service aka a lot of time to myself and my thoughts. Some of those thoughts led to this rant soooo if you care to, read on. 
1. Have Depth: be a human being, be more than macros, lifts, your relationship with food, and your binges. Your followers look up to you as a person, inside and outside of the gym. Health isn't only what you eat and how much you lift. Talk about and be more than only that. Be your health, your fitness, AND everything else. 
2. Be Honest: not only with your followers but more importantly yourself- do you really practice what you preach? really? 
3. Practice Self Awareness: go all in on your strengths. we all have our flaws, acknowledge them and move on to fortefying your strengths. your unique proposition will not stem from making your weaknesses average, it stems from making your good strengths great.

  • MENTAL HEALTH🏞🙇🏼
As I slowly, very slowly, accept the fact that my unbelievable spring break trip is over and it's back to the grind, I realized how free I felt all break. Free from the need to constantly check social medias. Free from the need to remain in constant contact with people. Free from the worries and stresses of day to day life.  Free in the mind, body, and soul. I went the entire time without checking this page more than a few times total. I made no posts and my mind was nearly always completely engaged in the current moment. My mind was still. It did not wonder. It did not create illusions. It did not worry. It was purely free to accept everything as it was. This feeling was so liberating. In this day and age when we have near instant access to endless information over multiple media platforms, I have found it so so so important and rewarding to be able to disconnect from it all. For me this means traveling, exploring, and hiking earths natural wonders. Fully emursing myself to the element and appreciating the subtleties such as fresh mountain air. Whatever it is for you, be sure to make time to disconnect. Disconnect and recharge. Find the freedom to your discipline. And whatever it is, always give that moment 110%.

Well my spring break adventures have come to an amazing end and I couldn't be more rejuvenated. Conditions were perfect, the people were great, and you already know I was still eating incredible food. For 7 days I roadtripped from Denver through Colorado, Utah, and Arizona hiking and exploring 7 National Parks before returning for a celebratory 8th and final day of relaxation, brunch, and brews in Denver. I have not worked out since the day before the trip and eating on the go has been rather interesting but that just meant when the hotel said FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, yours truly went all in demolishing 7-8 plates. While I didn't workout, each day was filled with numerous hikes varying in difficulty in length. A few highlights and recommendations were the 12 mile Devils Garden Trail in Arches and the 3rd most dangerous hike to Angels Landing in Zion. One of the biggest surprises and most fun places was the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado where we frolicked around over 3 miles in a gigantic natural sandbox at the base of the rocky mountains. While it wasn't your typical spring break, I cannot express how amazing and liberating this trip has been. This past week for me is what living is all about:  <a  href=/tag/DisciplinedFreedom>#DisciplinedFreedom</a> aka Consistently working hard in my daily routine allowing me to completely let go and fully embrace each moment as if time didn't exist in my adventures. ————————————————————————
On that note, I'm excited to get back to grind and training the last week of my spring break preppers squad as well as starting up the first week of summer shred! 🥊Class schedule:

Tonight was on a whole new level wow. The whole gym was bumpin to Lose Yourself by Eminem and everyone started rapping along with me as they put in the work. 😤💯 Anyone who knows me knows I love Eminem and know every single word to that song so you know the energy was absolutely insane! What a way to end this awesome spring break prep series of classes. ————————————————————————
🙌🏼 And it's  <a  href=/tag/thankfulthursday>#thankfulthursday</a> so I have to give a special shoutout to the only one savage enough to go to back to back to back to BACK classes AND is coming AGAIN for tomorrow mornings final workout at 10:30am before spring break officially kicks off. This of course is fellow high intensity training animal and great friend <a href=/user/kettlebell.kel/1>@kettlebell.kel</a> ! Kelly always finds a way to go all out on the battle ropes and helps yell motivational ish when my voice starts to fade. Class is always a little more exciting and vibrant when she's there, she's even started to gather a fan base for her battle rope skills lolol😂 Keep killin it and live it up in Key West🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

  • WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE🙌🏼
My goodness the gym was absolutely poppin tonight! 🥊Without a doubt the most live and energized environment of one of my classes to date and it couldn't have happened at a better time. After a couple crazy weeks of school finished up this afternoon and my huge spring break adventure just a few days away, tonight's class had me head over heels high off life. 🤙🏽 It has been such a privilege getting to know and work with this squad over the past month or so. I can't thank everyone enough for allowing me to do what I love four nights a week!! You know it's bumpin when I, yes Hunter Reynolds, start to freely jump and dance around. 🕺🏼Feeling extra blessed, thank you boxing fam! 🙏🏽

After putting back 35 pieces (5 rolls) of sushi for dinner, I went on to train WITH my class tonight... so naturally when I got home a couple hours after eating all that sushi and another workout, it was time for a couple of <a href=/user/lennyandlarrys/1>@lennyandlarrys</a> cookies! 😋 This meme was just too perfect not to share. 😂 Work hard, Eat harder.

  • THE BEST EXHAUSTION😵
You don't burn out mentally, because you always burnout physically. It's the mind body connection of invincibility. This is what drives me every day and why I crave the feeling of exhaustion. For me, the feeling of physical exhaustion will forever beat the feeling of boredom.
