Lately I've been stressed to the max with school, work and wedding planning. Tomorrow is the start of finals week and I'm making a lot of decisions for the wedding right now too - it's been incredibly draining.
I usually de-stress by working out, but I honestly haven't had time and my mental energy is suffering because of it.
I just have to push through another week of school and a few important decisions, then I can get back on track, mentally relax and find myself again.
For now, I'll continue to sip on this relaxation tonic I created. It's so yummy & exactly what I need right now instead of coffee.
1 cup water
1/2 cup vanilla @malkorganics
1 tsp ashwaganda - @sunpotion
1 tbsp tocos - @sunpotion
1 scoop @furtherfood
1/2 tsp vanilla bean (extract or powder)
1/2 tbsp vanilla ghee - @fourthandheart
1 tbsp coconut butter - @maranathafoods
A dash of cinnamon
Heat all liquid ingredients on stove until steamy, pour into blender & add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on low, pour & sip until all the anxiety disappears 🙌🏽
