Avontuur Restaurant: love it!
Amanda Marie: Wait, but what is in it? Aside from the apples? Looks amazing and would love to make it myself!
Lexie: @amarie49 it's apple slices, peanut butter, date balls, chopped almond, dark chocolate squares and chocolate granola! So good!

Comments (9)Idali Herr: @healthywithlexie thanks! What do you use it for? What is it good for? They recommended it to me for lowering blood pressure. Should I take it on an empty stomach?
Lexie: @idaliherr (Consult with your doctor first! I am not a doctor and I'm not certified in any type of nutrition. I'm simply sharing what I do!) I would recommend taking 1 tbsp/day with warm water and lemon. You can drink it in the morning or in the evening. I usually take it on an empty stomach. Try that, and if it doesn't sit well with you, try it the next day with a light meal. ACV has tons of benefits. I talked about some of them in my blog post (link in bio), but a simple search on Google will also provide you with a ton of info. I take it as a natural detoxifier and to help with digestion and metabolism. I hope this helps you! 💕
definefettle: All the ACV!!!
