It’s packed with peaches, basil and crispy prosciutto…and cheese (I am obsessed?) 😍😍 In an effort not to turn the oven on, this entire salad is made on the grill and ready for eating in about 30 minutes. It’s full of protein, greens, and sweet summer time fruit 💯 SOO good.   • You guys, say hello to my new favorite quick and easy summertime, healthy-ish, cozy-ish dinner – the summer tomato and zucchini halloumi bake. Sooo, apparently I am more into the cheesy stuff stuff these days. But it’s totally cool, because we also have veggies in this dish, in the form of summer tomatoes, zucchini, and fresh spinach…you see, veggies!   • Hey, hey, to colorful summer salads!! I teamed up with Kroger brand @simpletruth4u to create this colorful salad. This is the perfect salad to make on a Sunday or Monday night and use for easy lunches/quick dinners throughout the week. Made up rice noodles, tons of farmers market veggies, a mango for sweetness, and then tossed with a simple sesame vinaigrette 😍 Simple, pretty, healthy, and the perfect summertime salad.   • EASIEST raspberry shortcake ricotta ice cream?! YUMMM 😋 😋 bits of whole raspberries and chunks of buttery biscuits blended into a ricotta based ice cream🍦too good for words. it’s all things perfection. think of it like a frozen shortcake, but better because there’s ricotta cheese involved. you see? SO GOOD 😜 . BONUS?!? This is a no churn, one blender kind of ice cream 👊ps. that ice cream smashing in the beginning? that's the result of filming all day and wanting to have some fun with the last video. I know it's random, but I kind of love it. And yes, we still at the ice cream!! . . 16 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese 3/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of lemon zest pinch of flakey sea salt 2 cups whipped cream 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries crumbled biscuits (I use 2) . combine the ricotta, honey, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt in a blender and pulse until smooth. fold the whipped cream. stir in the berries and crumbled biscuits. transfer to an airtight container. freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. scoop. eat. enjoy! . . #buzzfeast #buzzfeedfood #feedfeed #f52grams #eater #foodandwine #summer #howisummer #icecream #fruity52 #nationalicecreamday

  • Say hi to your new favorite salad of summer, farro tabbouleh with burrata and hummus. Homemade farro tabbouleh, loaded with veggies, sitting atop a bed of hummus and finished with BURRATA. 😍 Important tip from me to you, pita chips should replace your eating utensils for this salad. Just telling it like it is⚡️ . . 1 cup Farro 1 zucchini 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes 1 cup fresh blueberries 2 Persian cucumbers 1 cup fresh parsley 1/2 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup fresh mint 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup roasted pistachios + sunflower seeds 1/4 cup olive oil 1 garlic clove flakey sea salt and pepper hummus + burrata cheese . cook the farro and grill the zucchini. . add the farro to a bowl with the remaining ingredients and toss well to combine. Taste, and season with salt and pepper. . spread the hummus in and even layer in a bowl. Top with the farro mix.   • Cinnamon Grilled Peaches with mascarpone ice cream…and honey nut cheerio granola. 🍑😎🍑Really, do I need to explain any more? The ice cream melts over the warm and gooey peaches, and the granola provides a nice sweet crunch. It is possibly the most perfect summer dessert. Add a little extra sweetness with a drizzle of honey over the ice cream. It’s definitely not needed, but it’s SO GOOD. <—these are a must make this summer. 💯💯 . . *Granola* 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews 1/2 cup honey 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter 2 teaspoons vanilla . *Peaches* 3-4 peaches nectarines, plums or apricots 2-4 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or more to taste . . Mix the ingredients for the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350 F. oven for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking. . Preheat a grill or grill pan to high. Toss the stone fruit with butter and cinnamon. Grill the fruit for 2-3 minutes, flip and grill another 2-3 minutes.   • Italian Tortellini Pasta Salad 😋 Hola!! 💃Sending you a little Italian all the way from Mexico! Sometimes we just need pasta, you know!?! And this pasta salad is everything. Olive oil simmered wit garlic, slow cooked bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and herbs. Then just pour the warm oil over the tortellini and toss everything together with fresh mozzarella, provolone, arugula, tons of fresh basil, and a drizzle of red wine vinegar. So so good!
