This vanilla chia seed pudding topped with brüks crumbles and fresh fruit inspired by a recipe from our incredible Chicago based customer @eringams is insanely yummy. She is a yoga instructor @barefeetpoweryoga and lover of life. Thanks for the inspiration Erin! To make this at home: - Add 1/2 cup of chia seeds to 2 cups of your favorite milk (we used coconut) to a mason jar or tightly sealed container. - 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon - 1 tsp. vanilla - 1 tbls. of maple syrup or honey - Optional: zest of an orange, or soak chai tea in milk for a spiced version. -Shake really well. Break up chunks of chia.
