Shrimp and Zoodle Bowl By @oh_my_foodness ~ Only 5 ingredients to make this delicious and super easy shrimp and zucchini noodle bowl! ~ 1 lbs shrimp, deveined and tails removed 2 large zucchini, spiralized 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced 1 package of mushrooms, sliced 3 garlic cloves, minced (divided) Plus a couple tbs olive oil and seasoning of your choice Optional: 1 tbs butter Prep your veggies. Begin by heating a large fry pan with a Tbs of olive oil. When hot, add mushrooms and onions. Toss and cook for about 3 minutes. Add one minced garlic and mix well. Continue cooking until onions begin to soften. Lower the heat to med-low and toss in your zucchini. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. I included a little paprika. In a bowl, mix your shrimp with your favorite seasonings. In a separate fry pan, heat another tbs of olive oil. Add shrimp and make sure they are flat on the pan in one layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on med-high heat. Flip each shrimp when bottom is nicely browned. Then make space in the middle of the pan. Add another tbs of olive oil or butter (I used butter) and add the remaining two minced garlic cloves. Cook for a few seconds then mix the shrimp with the oil/garlic to evenly coat. Use a bowl and plate your zucchini noodle mixture and too with your shrimp. Done.Shrimp and Zoodle Bowl
