PLEASE READ!..... So yesterday my intake consisted of pancakes bread more bread (I ❀️🍞!!!) pizza πŸ• and icecream 🍦 .....I wanted post today's shape to show you that one day of bad eating won't ruin your progress! It's all about getting straight back to eating healthy and killing your workouts! And let me tell you that's exactly what I did this morning! I had all the energy in the world! I was going to train fasted because I ate like a QUEEEEN πŸ‘ΈπŸ½yesterday but then I said to myself no!....why? Because it's just another normal day and I believe it's so important not to beat yourself up about one day of all the foods. I enjoyed myself and there is no way I'm going to feel guilty about enjoyment πŸ™Š Personally I love to do this once a week! To just let loose a litttle more than usual. And I don't mean I always go crazy and binge...that's not healthy! My diet it's pretty balanced as it is and I don't believe in restriction so I never have the urge to binge on foods...I believe we should all eat to fuel our bodies and our workouts. To nourish our bodies and treat ourselves every now and then, enjoy it and not feel guilty. What is life if not for enjoyment and eating all the yummy foods hehe.
