Your body loves you, love it back♡ The process of writing my book, 10 Days to Better Body Love, has been completely different than I imagined. What I initially thought was going to be a simple step by step walk through seems to get deeper by the day into the roots of why we think so awful about ourselves and when it starts. The earliest I remember feeling ugly was 7. Because I weighed 2 pounds more than my best friend. You have to dig deep and trace some really unpleasant steps to get back on the right track of loving your body and knowing it’s perfect, no matter what it looks like. In all my writing I feel EXHAUSTED thinking about the journey, I really start to feel bad for my body. It’s working day in and out to keep me alive breathing thinking & moving. All I did was criticize it for being chubby, and too tall and too big and too blah blah blah. I started to see that unnecessary stress I added to my body by hating it. The emotional stress alone was dragging me entire self down. Our thoughts affect how our body works. So stop with the negative thoughts. BE KIND and BE GRATEFUL! YOU have a body that’s living, breathing and perfect, and that’s pretty fabulous.Your body loves you, love it back♡
